Phil Ritchie

 

Phil has worked in the Health & Fitness industry for over 25 years, specialising in Personal Training for the last 16 years.

He's a Level IV certified Personal Trainer with expertise in sport-specific training, weight loss, strength and cardio training.

Phil also has a professional sporting background – he played first grade Rugby League with North Sydney and St George.

He still participates in a range of sporting events and has walked the gruelling Kokoda Track three times.
